A Modest Residence is home to a large family.

Room layout - ground floor: large swimming pool with deckchairs and seating, small bathroom.

1st floor: hall, living room with fireplace connected to the kitchen and dining room, small pantry, bathroom and bedroom.

2nd floor: living room, entertainment room, bedroom, children's room, bathroom, laundry.

The house is spacious, has many windows so it is bright. The place with the swimming pool is atmospheric and the sims will relax in it. Around the house is full of flowers and a small pond.
