This is a small modern home built on one of the prettiest lots in the game with a beautiful view of the water and surrounded by forest. It doesn't get much better than that! A roomy living room, eat in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, two baths (one with laundry), and a study with art. There is plenty of skill building to give your Sims everything they need. A large upper terrace offers a BBQ and outdoor dining and a wonderful vista to enjoy and relax after a hard day of work or dealing with stubborn kids! The fenced in back yard has a swimming pool and plenty of relaxing as well. Your Sims are sure to enjoy this lovely home!

It is important to have the cheat codes enabled before placing the lot to insure everything shows up.

I also used the [ ] keys to enlarge and shrink objects and the 9 and 0 keys to move objects into place.
I play test several days to make sure everything works correctly and try to clean up the lot but I may miss things like laundry and trash.
