This is a tiny home for a single Sim. This is a Starter home and with the $20000 your Sim starts out with, they buy the lot and download the lot from the gallery library and have some money left over. On the first level is an open plan living room and kitchen with a table for two so your Sim can invite a guest for dinner, a TV, and simple bookshelf. On the upper level is a small bedroom with a single bed, dresser, art easel, and computer and desk. The end of the room leads to a bathroom. There isn't a lot of landscaping as my Sim ran out of money. There is plenty of room for you to landscape as your Sim earns money. I had my Sim start painting and collecting around the lot which helped add to her bank right away. Have fun!
