This is a what I call Art Deco Contemporary. Asymmetrical shapes add interest and style and lots of windows let in light. The lower floor is an open floor plan with clearly defined spaces. Comfortable and pleasing to the eye and edgy decor make this a home your Sims will love. With a modern Chef's kitchen, a pool in the back yard, the home is perfect for entertaining and great for family bonding. The upper floor has two bedrooms. One is a double child's room for two set up for boys, but can easily change to be used for girls as well. It has an en suite full bath. The Master bedroom is spacious and comfortable for parents to relax and do some bonding themselves. It has a full bath en suite as well. Between the two bedrooms is study and also has a treadmill and a foosball table. Lovely landscaping gives this home curb appeal your Sims can be proud of.
