Retired
Hello, everyone. It is with a sad and heavy heart that I write this post. Circumstances outside of my control have thrown my personal life into chaos and unfortunately TSR and the Sims in general is no longer a priority. I hope you will understand this decision and perhaps some day down the road I may be able to return with a fresh head and new enthusiasm but for now I need to take care of myself first and foremost.
Best wishes to you all and thank you everyone for all the support and compliments over the years.

Just a Quickie - For Now ;)
I have a tiny little update coming out tomorrow - nothing fancy, just a pair of walls to match some Maxis siding. I'm not even going to bother posting the preview pic here.BUT! Don't feel discouraged or let down. These small additions are for a house that I have nearly completed to share with all of you hopefully by the end of the week.
I seem to be burning the candle at both ends again (when am I not, you ask?) and while lots can take longer to create, they're easier for me to pick up and put aside when time is often short. Hopefully you'll enjoy it - it's something of the start of what I hope will be a long-awaited series.
Renovator's Delight
Do you play the TSR Challenges? Personally, I love them and if you haven't tried them out yet, I highly recommend them. Anyway, last year Wolfsim68 made a really fun challenge involving a run-down house that players needed to renovate. It was great fun and I really loved how my house cleaned up. As it turned out, many fellow players also enjoyed the screenshots I shared so I've decided to provide it for everyone to download and play. :)This 'downloadable' version has been reduced to just Seasons Country match CC available here on TSR - thanks to SimAddict99, Mutske and MsBarrows for these lovely extensions. If you want SimAddict99's sofa recolours you'll also need to download her recolour files separately, as linked to on the lot download profile - unfortunately, recolours are still not packaging with lots.
Also, I'm once again apologising for a long absence. I've been struggling with having to reformat my computer over the course of the last month and needless to say, it didn't go so well and required more than one reformat to get everything straightened around. Fingers crossed, that's behind me now and hopefully as I get the last few programmes re-installed, I'll get back to regular updates once again. I really cannot express just how much I appreciate everyone holding on and holding out for me here.
Updated Necklaces - Binned Jewellery
Hello again, folks! Over the last month I ran a poll asking about people's preferences regarding jewellery - whether people like to have it located in the glasses catalogue or with the advent of Bon Voyage and Freetime, people would rather it move into the new jewellery catalogues. The results showed that 57% of people still prefer the traditional glasses catalogue but not far behind, 43% now like using the separate jewellery catalogue. Very useful information, to be sure. So, the point of all this is thus: I went back and updated my necklace sets to be binned into the BV/FT jewellery categories for that 43% of people with this preference, as I'm sure very few downloaders feel confident in doing this themselves. These updates include both my male and female crop circle necklaces, my men's dogtag necklaces and my men's Nordic necklaces - one set will release each Wednesday over the following four weeks.
NOTE: Be aware - I have only updated the original base game compatible files; NOT created new files. This means that the BV/FT versions will REPLACE the base game versions so you must choose which version you wish to use.
Nightclub & Casino Prints
Continuing in the business-themed prints, next up is a selection of nightclub and casino prints featuring drinks and gambling games. They're pretty slick-looking, IMO, and framed in simple glass frames to continue the slick appearance and make them easy to fit into a variety of interior designs. Releasing tomorrow, Thurs., Mar. 20'08.
Pet Shop Prints
Two more up-coming sets and they're super cute - cats and dogs! There are six of each and feature bright, lively colours. The cat prints also include an extra accent - a flower, bee or butterfly. They're perfect (or purrfect :P ) for pet shops but could also be fun additions to children's bedrooms.Cat prints will release tomorrow, Tues., Mar. 18'08.
Dog prints will release in two days, Wed., Mar. 19'08.
Chocolatier Prints
I'm still working on picking up the slack. I've been sick a lot lately (pretty much solid since the end of January, truth be told) but I think I'm slowly recovering now. Naturally, my game has decided to start blowing up, however, so I'm also working on sorting that out. Luckily I have this entire week off from work for the Easter break so I'm hoping to fit more creation time in and start rolling out all those backpiled ideas I still have kicking around. Wish me luck! :)So, here's the next addition in the business-themed prints series: yummy chocolatier prints! I don't know about you, but I get chocolate cravings just looking at these delicatable treats and hopefully for your business-owning Sims, so will their customers! The set is up for publication tomorrow morning (Mon., Mar. 17'08), since I've been so tardy at getting it out earlier.
Business Themed Prints
She's alive! Yes, I do apologise for the unannounced sabbatical - I've been making a lot of changes to my personal life and unfortunately, my Simming and creating has taken a bit of a backseat. But fear not, I have not completely abandoned the Sims community. :)I've decided to get started on a little project I thought of when creating my business concept flags last year - business themed prints. Hopefully these items will fit in well with your community and secret lots, particulary with the new Freetime EP coming out next week. To start off this week, a set of 4 retro salon prints, which I unfortunately never got done for the SA Retro Theme in November so here they are now, better late than never.
Publish date is tomorrow, Sun. Feb. 24'08.
Belated Christmas Set
I had originally hoped to get this set done before going on holiday last month but alas, it was not to be. However, I have now returned from visiting my family and after having caught up on my playing addiction, I finally finished off this set. Since I've been away, my Sims are only now celebrating Christmas, so hopefully there will still be a few of you in the same boat who can get some use out of these now, otherwise you can stock up early for next year. :P To be published Sun., Jan. 6'08.
Also, if you're enjoying these themed dinner party sets and noticed that Hallowe'en was myseteriously skipped, don't fret - I'm well aware of my sorry lacking of Hallowe'en creations this past October and I do plan to add some Hallowe'en dinner party sets; perhaps a New Years set or two, as well. I probably won't wait for a given time of year to do these and will just slot them in when I have the time and inspiration so be on the look-out.
On Holiday
Well, it's that time of year again - my annual trip overseas to spend the holidays with my family in Canada. Unfortunately I have not had the time I had hoped to get any more creations made - too busy with trip planning, packing and making arrangements but that is not to say that I don't have a ton of inspiration stored up and will eagerly be getting back to publishing again upon my return. Check back for more around the end of the month and in the meantime, enjoy the current selection with the promise of more to come.Wishing you all a very merry, relaxing and safe holiday season!
