Tiny Modern has 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 study room with modern designs.
Your sims can work hard in study room, cook delicious food in small modern kitchen. They can relax and chill in living room. Also they can paint, or watch tv after work.
I don't use any CC. So you can just download and start living in Tiny Modern 2.
