There are two kind of cuffs: the wrist cuffs and the boot cuffs. The boot cuffs are one item in CAS, while the wrist cuffs are two, one with net specular and one with solid specular. When you put on the boot cuffs they haven't a reflection, but when you put on the wrist ones too, a reflection will automatically appear on both, depending the one you choose. As for the belt, the grey metal brooches works only with the costume on. They can be found in Bracelet category and they're disallowed for random.
