The mask is half mesh half texture. It hides any hair your sim is wearing. Unfortunately the game is unable to hide ears, I've tried to cover them with the mesh but it started to look like an egg head so I avoided it, instead this mask shows standard ears (meaning that if your sim has Dumbo ears, once the hat is on, they
are going to look like the preview). Due to the reflection it shows some seams here and there (I couldn't avoid them because they are necessary to work with bodymorph). It works with head/face shaping and shouldn't have transparency issues. You can find it in Brimless Hat category. It's disallowed for random so you shouldn't have NPCs wearing it in your game.
