The Mohendo Jaro Great Bath is earliest public water tank found in the ancient world. Located among the ruins of the ancient Indus Valley Civilization(3000-1500 BC) at Mohenjo-daro in Sindh, Pakistan. It is believed to have been used for special functions where water was used to purify and renew the well being of the bathers.

After permission from geological council of sim city the structure is now restored as a Spa to its former glory. Experience the ancient civilisation and hydrotherapy rituals. The great bath is filled and refreshed daily with fresh water from the well. The jacuzzi has heated water which has medicinal and mood uplifiting oils.

It features seperate locker rooms for gents and ladies, sauna, gym, yoga classes, massage therapy, reflexology, meditation room, mud baths and comes with additional amenities like a bar, waiting area and refreshments and a well ! The decorations are done exclusively with antiques excavated from the archaeological site.


Inspiration for the lot: We studied the ancient Indus valley civilzation in school and recently cam across pictures of the great bath. I read more about it , went through pictures and well then i had to remake it for the sims !
