The ears reach the head of the sim, meaning that you can use hairstyles with different volumes and they should work. They work with bodymorph, I've changed the Sort Layer because the shadow map of the other items of the Set was causing issues with the texture. You can find it in Brimless Hat category. It's disallowed for random so you shouldn't have NPCs wearing it in your game.
