Welcome to Modern Vista Apartments - a modern lot for your modern sims! This lot features two living spaces, tailored for your single sims who fancy having a roommate but prefers to have their own separate living spaces. The main apartment features a more spacious floor plan which includes a foyer, a bathroom, a living area, a full kitchen and a loft bedroom. While the basement level apartment features a small living area, a small kitchen and a bedroom with an ensuite. There is a generous driveway with tasteful small gardens in the front and outback.

*Build notes

I built this lot with single young adults/adults in mind. Perhaps a more homey individual who likes decorating their home with quirky furniture and antiques. Someone who likes plenty of natural light coming in from the angled windows. The other individual I imagined someone who works a lot, and doesn't really spend time at home, and when they do, they usually just sit in the colourful living room.

To create the angled windows facade, I used roofing, so the lighting at night is a bit weird, since the game still has issues distinguishing rooms without complete walls. This lot was built in New Crest in the 20x15 lot. This lot costs 78,748 simoleons fully furnished and 20,143 simoleons unfurnished. For more images, head on over to royalsims85.tumblr.com
