Created for: The Sims 3

Creepy abandoned house with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. Also there is a large loft area that could be converted for more space. The question really is though... dare your sims explore this creepy house let alone live there!

As you enter through the front door out of the misty, bramble-filled garden you can venture left into the faded glory of the living room with it's broken old piano and grand fireplace, or right into the dank dining room and grimy kitchen. If you go up the rusty spiral staircase to the first floor you will find a creepy gothic master bedroom, second bedroom and chilling abandoned nursery. On the second floor is a large junk-filled attic.

This house while derelict looking is totally habitable and useable by a sims family, should you have such a strange or strong-hearted sim or family waiting to inhabit it!
