As you walk towards the property from the road you pass the fragrant lavender patch on the right, you can also see a little table and chairs under a large magnolia tree. Go through the front door and you find yourself in the living room, and in the centre of the room is the spiral staircase that runs through the centre of the property. On the first floor you find the kitchen and dining area, the second floor is the bathroom, and the third floor the bedroom. On the fourth floor is the converted light room, that now holds a stunning panorama from 360 degrees around where you can sit and watch the sea while you relax.

This is the perfect home for a single sim or couples who want a quirky home and amazing views!
