Clothespins were a big deal until someone invented the electrical tumble dryer. So 24 2nd Street, Bridgeport was turned into an apartment building. Building, renovating, hammering and construction still goes on and you know for how long we haven't seen clothespins anywhere... But this gives this loft-style apartment its charm, right? The journey is its own reward.
And who else has fire exit stairs which turned out to be a balcony? Take a seat there, beneath you the concrete jungle your dreams are made of. You are close to all hotspots and still there is some nature around.
By the way.... don't worry about strange neighbors. You are on top of the building, so they shouldn't bother you at all. Of cause there is an escalator. And with a little bit of luck it works!

This stylish apartment is perfect for three, maybe four Sims leading the big city life, without paying a fortune for it.
And it even comes with a creepy dark alley... oh... is there a bed? Who lives in an alley?
