This Victorian gem is a true classic, a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy! Smell the old, well kept oak, enjoy the total of five fireplaces in winter, relax near the beautiful pond in summer. Carefully renovated it keeps the charm of days long gone by.
The downstairs features a formal parlor, a formal dining (and still there is enough space in the kitchen for the family breakfast right beside the window overlooking the pond!) and a half bath in the old butlers pantry.
Mr Oleman, who built this house in 1895 was a physician, but after his death there was no need for his office, so it was turned into a living room for the family, kept private with pickpocket doors. But old floor plans have their advantages, too. The master bedroom features an fireplace, direct access to the nursery and because the old closet turned out to be big enough to host a full bath, you won't have to share the hall bath with you children! Upstairs is also a small office with an open fireplace far away from the kids room.
And if the house does not convince you, the garden will. A lot of space for the kids, a rusted swing, a tree house, a beautiful pond, well maintained flower arrangements and dark old trees to spend shade on hot summer days. And for the handy Sim there are still one or two projects. Maybe you like to turn the upstairs of the two-car-garage into an in-law-suite? It is up to you!
