Created for: The Sims 3

"The White One" is based loosely on a design classic in my neighborhood in Berlin, Germany Richard Neutral built somewhere in the 1920s. As I myself live in a Bauhaus Classic (not in one of Richard Neutras unfortunately) I really come to like the clean and plain lines which never look dull.
What a revolution this architecture must have been for ordinary people living in Art Nouveau!

I tried to stick with the original layout, only adding space here and there for the Sims to move freely. So this is a typical German layout with a useless full bath on the main floor. I took the bait and dedicated the original hall bath upstairs to the master bedroom only.

As I always pass this house from the street, I really have no clue what the garden might look like, hidden behind a thuya hedge, so I felt free to add a fountain and a whirlpool... But I can tell one thing, as this house is in Berlin, the view is surely not the ocean and a lighthouse, but dark green coniferous woodland.
