Please ensure you re-download the chair and desk. Both had the "Pets Fix" applied in October 2013 (the cause of the snapping problem) and now function correctly.

I really want to use this desk, but chairs snap to be inside it and the computer always goes on the floor. I'm guessing it's usable in that state, but I haven't actually used it in my sims houses because of this.
