You must download this lot as a ZIP file (green arrow) NOT as a Sims2Pack file. Place the CC in your downloads folder somewhere you can easily find it, and then install the lot by double clicking it, or using the Clean Installer. If you don't do this, the lot may crash your game or flash blue, as no CC was included in the lot file itself. Thanks! :D

Instructions for renting a furnished apartment: USE AT OWN RISK! When your sims show up at the mailbox, allow them to cue something up. Then follow these steps:

1 - Open the cheat box window (CTRL + Shift + C)
2 - In the box at the top type this in EXACTLY:
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
3 - Now resume the game and press SHIFT while you click on the door for the apartment you want to rent. A choice of options should become available. Choose "Rent Furnished Apartment".
4 - A box will pop up asking if you are sure you want to rent this apartment. Click yes.
5 - Open the cheat box window again (CTRL + Shift + C)
6 - Type this in it EXACTLY:
boolprop testingcheatsenabled false

Enjoy your fully decorated apartment! :D

<em>Hello Illiana ! I Love this Duplex, It is absoluely Beautiful ! I really like the bedroom with the canopy draped bed, I  Love that bed! I also like the room with the twin beds. The pool area is  amazing, with the fountain and the covered patio with the hot tub ! It's always nice when I see your name come up, I always know that it is going to be something that I will really Love ! Thanks for sharing with all of us !  $\:P$ </em>

$\:\)$ Gorgeous Duplex, I love it! (but then I always love all of your duplexes and house that you build.) I love the front entry way, the landscaping, the pool and garden in the back. I can only imagine all the time, effort and love that you put into your fab creations and this place is so breathtakingly beautiful I just wish I could move in there myself. My Simmies are so lucky to be able to move in and live in all of your wonderful homes. Thank you so much $\:\)$
