This amazing home offers everything. It can be a great party place or family home depending on the whims of your Sims. The grounds are well landscaped and feature two fountains. There is a three car garage and a veranda with a hot tub as well as a side patio area for those outdoor dining pleasures. The interior is decorated in black, white and teal blue. It has a living room with media and a baby grand piano for the musician in the family. There is a full bath, kitchen, and formal dining room on the ground floor. The hallway leads out to the veranda and the patio. It also has double stairs to the second floor where there are three bedrooms, two baths and a laundry room. The master bedroom is spacious and has a desk area. The two other bedrooms can function as a nursery, a child's room or a game/art room. The two extra bedrooms have been left unfurnished for your personal preferences. The full bath with shower and tub will be shared by the bedrooms. This house is well laid out for Sims convenience and family additions. It was built at 14 Sierra Tango Street in Sunset Valley. Enjoy!!
