This Victorian sweetie has a different look with its black trim and gold siding. Though small, it is very functional for a couple of Sims starting out. The exterior grounds feature a pool, a detached garage and a small gazebo. It has plenty of outside dining area as well. The interior is decorated in shades of sage green, dk. green, gold and off white. There is a small foyer entrance with a single staircase, living area with media and an art nook, a full bath, a laundry room and an eat-in kitchen. The upstairs has a master bedroom with a private bath, and office/library with a private bath. Can be used for a second bedroom. This home was built at 2200 Pinochle Point. Enjoy!
