Here is a quaint little home for your single or elderly Sims who want to downsize. Its cozy interior has all the needed amenities without a huge space to care for. Your Sims can move from room to room with ease, but have all they need at their fingertips. This home can even be a starter home for that young couple to start out in because there is plenty of room for expansion. The interior is decorated in shades of red and white. There is an entrance hall into a country styled living room/dining area with the kitchen just steps away and a half bath. Upstairs has a large bedroom with an office nook and a full bath. The beautifully landscaped grounds have a patio area, a small pool and a pond for fishing.
