Created for: The Sims 3

This lovely ranch styled home was built especially for my good friend, Lisa 9999. This is a rendition of her real life home and was built as a gift of our friendship. Although not an exact copy of her real life home due to game limitations, the exterior, floor plan, interior colors, and furniture placement are according to her descriptions. Hope you enjoy your new Sims home, Lisa.

The ground floor has a front entrance foyer that leads into the living room/family room. There is an entrance through sliding glass doors on to the patio area and back yard. The formal dining room is off the living room and there is a door that leads to the side entrance next to the garage. There is a family computer room off the kitchen. Down the hall is a Master bedroom, a teen son room, and the family bathroom. This home will be an easy play for your Sims. There is room for expansion and a pool if desired.
