First floor you find a closed kitchen, a dining room with Good filled wine rack and a living room, with door to the garage for a car. Also a master bedroom with bathroom. On second floor 3 Bedrooms en 2 Bathrooms.

In the Garden you will find out a lot of space for a horse and a dog, and perhaps even more animals. also a cottage garden with 58 perfect plants. And few sitting areas to be found there.
Plants in the cottage garden are from Sims 3, World Adventures, Late Night, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural,
Seasons and University Life.
