Created for: The Sims 3

This was primarily a personal project home that I made for my favorite Sim couple, and I decided to share it. Therefore, unlike most of my other lots that contain no custom content and little to none of the Sims 3 store items, this lot does have a lot of store items in it. However, all other custom content has been removed. Features a well decorated large nursery, child's room, spacious master bedroom with private bathroom, sizable kitchen with separate dining room, small study and a well landscaped yard with a playscape and swing in back. This is a family home, and is perfect for up to 5-6 Sims. Hope your Simmies enjoy! PenelopeT

Note: Like the house, but don't have all of the items? The game will just replace what you don't have for something comparable. Also, you can always have your Sim(s) choose to buy it unfurnished and add your own touch....or custom content. :)

Content note: There are some items not listed/linked that are also from the Sims 3 store. The Harvest/Thanksgiving set can be found at the Sims 3 store, and is FREE. The nursery room (Animal Abounds) and the misc items from the (Steampunk Returns and Wordly Goodies) set, are from the Sims 3 store as well.
