several bathrooms, four bedrooms and a master bedroom with master bathroom,
a formal dining room with butler pantry and wine room, breakfast area,
game room with billiards table and bar, home theater, library, expansive patio,
5 car plus golf cart garage, basement, swimming pool,playground for children,
boat dock,and a beach area for swimming in the sea.

which is Hobart's Hideaway. Therefore, this house only works properly
on that lot.
Please, bulldoze the house on the Hobart's Hideaway lot and
put 152 Alexander Palm Road there instead.
