Created for: The Sims 3

Al Simhara needed a new attraction. My sims couldn't find a place to relax and refresh after they've explored the dangerous tombs. And here it is. It's an exclusive Pool Club, but it can also be used as bar or pool. You can put it on every 40X40 community lot you like.
This lot is partly furnished.
First floor: pool area with jacuzzis and deck chairs.
Second floor is unfurnished and awaits your creativity (but you can even let this floor empty).
Third floor: bars and toilets.
I've used one free EA Store item, the Fountain of the Sphinx from the Explorer's Loot(Registration gift)and one TSRAA object.
I hope your sims will like this new community lot as much as my do.
