Created for: The Sims 3

I tried to make a copy of the rabbithole bistro for residental use. And this is the result.
I've built it in Twinbrook on a 20X30 lot.
The first floor is furnished like a pub or bistro and can be used as a livingroom.

Outdoors: car parks, some dining areas, a swing and a sandbox

First floor: living room

Second floor: the kitchen with dining area and public toilets.

Third floor: three bedrooms and a bathroom
