After a long disappearance, here I come back with a new lot. Victoria Hills Estate is a luxurious retreat for your sims who wish to step away from the bustling city life. Have them enjoy nature at its best with the lush greenery that surrounds the house at ever corner. Get their kids explore the wilderness simply in your back garden, and make them eat all that is healthy from their own garden. And why not have them get a closer look at the moon from their special observatory deck?
On the inside its all seasonal. Warm autumn colors are everywhere, with 2 living areas, a dining table fit for 10 simmies, a luxury office, walk-in closets, and a luxury zen styled spa like bathroom.

When placing the lot, some windows might be dislocated. Simply delete them and then undo the action. This solution may not work for all windows since some of them were placed using the "ConstrainFloorElevation" cheat.
There is a nursery, along with two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Those bedrooms are more like teenager style, but they were supposed to be for kids, so I advice you to change the decoration a bit.
Also, their isn't any lot that is a 50x50 in sunset valley. You can simply place a land using the editor in edit town wherever you like. I placed mine near the mountain, forgot the name of the area.
