Hopwood hall is gracious and regal, whilst remaining a manageable size. Well proportioned rooms provide an excellent space for entertaining and living comfortably. In a very traditional layout, the cellar provides a large kitchen and servants' hall whilst the ground and first floor hold reception rooms of varying size. Across the second and third floor are a number of rooms which can be put to whichever use is required. Once again, this property is partly furnished with all the necessities so that it can be put to immediate use, whilst the rest of the house is developed. This property would make an excellent backdrop to storytelling or legacies.
