If you have Seasons, put the rooftop jacuzzi in a Sim's inventory to stop weather coming in (when they're not using it!) You may need to lock the back doors to prevent neighbours accessing the roof terraces; the DJ booth may spawn a DJ - s/he will leave!

Installation Instructions:

To rent a furnished apartment, move your Sims onto the lot, open the cheat window and enter the command:

boolprop testingcheatsenabled true

You will then be able to shift-click on an apartment door and choose "rent furnished apartment".

When you've done this, turn the command off by entering:

boolprop testingcheatsenabled false

That's it!
