The Mirabello couple have set their eye on yet another Lot pretty close to the centre of the town. With 3 children already and a fourth on the way, this Villa is perfect for them as this offers 4 bedrooms with the possibility of a 5th too. The large living area gives a feel of freedom and aren't balconies a lovely place to hide in! 3 complete bathrooms help during rush hour wash time, a massive basement is a super storeroom plus a 2-car carport leading to a 2 car garage is a plus. A small area surrounding the house for little green fingers is perfect for any flower lover and why go to the beach when there is a good sized pool at the back of the house!
