Built with stone and metal this lot combines the simplicity a modern house with the traditional coziness and warmth a house should have. Inside it is decorated with soft wood and ceramic tiles. The pool at the front and the terrace adds a feeling of lightness as it cuts the stone basic building into two separate parts.
First floor: sitting room, reading/tv room and dinning room with an entrance to the pool. Second floor: (left side) kitchen with an entrance to the terrace (right side) kids bedrooms and bathroom. Top floor: master bedroom with its own bathroom
