Created for: The Sims 3

These days it's a hit to going out to the most unusal places where you normally don't think off. This is one of them, I found it near the sea, a small harbor with a ship from older times when pirates are king of the sea.
These day's it's in use as a high quality restaurant and many more.
The old factory is transformed into a great disco, many sims are having the night of they're life here..great music, all kind of stroboscopes and more, are your sims thirsty they can get a drink upstairs at the bar.
Outside you can sitting around the firepit eating marshmellows..or maybe your sims like to look at the stars or catch a fish..everything is possible here. I have testing this lot with much pleasure sims stay the whole night till the early morning..
