You have to look through the mess on this house, it will bring you profit after all the work is done. It can become a great beachhouse when you buy some new wallpapers and paint.
Clean up the garden and pond so you can try to catch a fish if you want.

I build this house on a formally comunnitylot Trawlerkit 825. You have first to turn that lot into a residential lot. When done you are able to place the house right there on the beach. You can also turn the house so the big balcony is looking forwards to the sea.
