Created for: The Sims 3

This beauty is not free alas... But building a boat without using Cyclonesue's perfect half wall set, roof trims and Mutskes windows is just impossible. It would not turn out the way I wanted it to. So... I promise to make my next lot a free one.

As Martoele (Margo) from TSR was writing her story and needed a new boat, I decided to build one for her. That was my challenge... never tried a boat before. Of course in that version I put in everything Marine related and so much cc... You all know me... Couple of store things too. It is build on a create a world tool lot (50x25) so I could put it right next to the ocean, but it will go on any big enough slab of land. The boat - Brenn One, can house 6. There was room for 8 before, but I decided to put in the Captains Quarters. It's a boat for entertaining guests on a cruise. It has a laundry room too! Ship Ahoy! All Hens on Deck!!!
