Build originally as a house for the elderly.It doesn't come cheap, but you will get your money's worth. This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom mansion deserves to be called the Grand Lady of Sunset Boulevard. The garden has been tended to by Marge Engstrom herself and the house has all sorts of goodies. A magical gnome, and the ghost of Randolph Field to keep the tenants company whenever they feel lonely. Marge even put a deatfish in a fishbowl somewhere... She left her Vespa too. You will really enjoy this place, but you must be over 50 to live here...hahaha!
