The first day on the job this young little entrepreneur is wondering if it's a wise business move to service these clients. Experience has not yet taught him the short-sightedness of first impressions. For up around that imposing bend is a very plushy arrangement. Spacious and up-to-date too, I might add. Just because you may take drastic measures to seal out all visible evidence of your existence and you are more than a bit preoccupied with surviving the big one doesn't mean you live in a hole in the ground....well, in a manner of speaking. It's not so much the idea of the hole but what you put in it. In and around this hole is a 2 car garage, swimming pool, and many a modern accoutrement. With five bedrooms and at least as many bathrooms even the largest of sim families could nicely subsist here as long as they can get used to not seeing the street or the light of day when they wake up.

For your reference, this was built at 2500 Pinochle Point in Pleasant Valley.
