I liked this house so much that I deleted my previous comment in order to write a more detailed review. This house is great for many important reasons, what dazzled me first was a working basement which most houses do not have, I love how you can actually walk down there and store items in it. I also love the big yard, lots of room for all my outdoor stuff and growing graveyard. The terrain was alsoo well done too, you actually textured it instead of leaving it the default green. I also love how its a big house but still has fast framerate, this is the only house this size that I can find that doesnt lag me down, the price is also really great too, only 60k for such a big house. Last but not least, it was perfect for my family, I ended up being a Warlock merried to a Vampire, it felt only natural to have a good but slightly haunted looking house. Thanks to the artist, this will be my sims final and permanent home to keep for my entire family tree.
