Created for: The Sims 3

Hi! This house has two floors.

On the first floor, there is the entry, a bathroom, the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. On the second floor, there is the studyroom with a computer and some bookcases, one bedroom for adults, another one for kids and babies and a bathroom.

There is no pool outdoor but there is place behind the house if you want to build one.

Oh and as you can see on the pictures, I "colored" the ceilings with wood in almost every rooms ( it is such a good thing to be able to modify the ceiling, now!)
