Dear Simmers,

Hope you are all doing well yet again.
Here is a re-loaded version of Asymetric Modern.
I have made very slight changes, but the main features were not effected.

Its re-loaded due to being informed that the previous version had corrupted files.
Thank you Duckeggpie for helping me out.

This modern is for those nature loving families. With all the lovely greenery and the zen gardens, and the pond. Also the wonderful angular design, giving the place a special touch. Moreover, your sims will enjoy the quiet soothing sound of falling water which fills the place, including a large surface area dedicated for outdoor seating, dining, leisure, and a special feature, a Green House with a small land for gardening. The interiors are very clam and filled with wooden patterns. Not to forget, the special balcony kept for the main master bedroom, with some flowers and lounging chairs, where your sims can relax for so long and enjoy the sea breeze.
