Created for: The Sims 3

This apartment building has 6 ready-made apartments in different sizes. Its very flexible building so you can change it into 2 big ones, 15 very small ones and everything in between. There is a of cause a pool, a big garage and place for bikes. In the basement you have storage space for the Christmas decoration, unused baby furniture or your nectar collection. Down here you also find a laundry room. Enjoy Elut TSR.

As mention there are 6 apartments. Right now it is the biggest apartment there are in use. If you want to use one of the other apartments you need to this:
- First you need to press ctrl+shift+c and enter TestingCheatsEnabled true
- Press ctrl+shift+c again and enter RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings false. Now you are able to edit the apartments.
- Press ctrl+shift+c one more time and enter BuyDebug

In every room in the unused apartments there is a grey sphere named "Hidden room maker". Delete the sphere in every room you want to use (also the balcony). Then put a sphere in every room in the old apartment (again also on the balcony). The sphere can be found in the buy debug menu under misc. If you want to make sure you have got them all deleted and placed you can press ctrl+shift+c again and enter RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings true. If any room is black in your new apartment you have a sphere in the room and if a room is not black in the old one you need to add one.
