<B>Please also note:</B> The modular stair .package file is included, and will show in the lot. What a lovely color of green you selected for this house. &nbsp;I like the round garage door, and how it balances the rounded front windows. &nbsp;The flowers in front are great too. &nbsp;You put so much detail in to your lots. &nbsp;Nice job, as always. &nbsp;\:wub\: Kathy
