Created for: The Sims 3

This is the Elliot townhouse in Bath, England from the 1995 version of Persuasion. My version is not based on a specific house or even on the one in the movie, as there is little to go by. I just used a basic first rate townhouse design.

There's tons of room in this little lot! The house has 6 floors of living space including the basement and attic. The kitchen and servant's quarters are located in the basement. The ground floor includes the drawing room, dining room and a guest bathroom. The first floor includes the library and the music room. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on each of the next three floors. I only furnished up to the 2nd floor, as you may wish to use the upper rooms as something other than bedrooms. See the pictures for room detail. A driveway could easily be added on one or both sides of the townhouse.
