Created for: The Sims 3

This lovely country home is the perfect place to raise a family. The first floor features a living room, dining room, kitchen with attached breakfast room and pantry, a great room, a guest bedroom (which is set up as a study), guest bathroom, laundry room and 2 car garage with work area. On the second floor is 2 childrens' bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a luxurious master suite with dressing area, walk in closet and a large master bath. The area above the great room is open, but could easily be turned into an additional bedroom if needed. Outside is a large pool and patio area, as well as a playground and trampoline. I tested this lot with a family of 5 and it played very well, despite the large lot size.
