EXPLANATION
The lot is a Nectary, mainly because the Valhalla-esqe Hall of Valor was in essense one glorified mead hall where dead heroes would spend eternity getting sloshed (when they weren't shivering in their boots,m scared of that dragon). It also doubles as a Bistro Venue, and includes 2 Bistro Ovens. I used Edit in CAS on the Chef NPCs to make them serving wenches and such, lol. I took a ton of liberties with this lot, especially on the exterior, which I despize. I added Simhenge cuz I was inspired by the whole afterlife/otherworld aspect of Sovngarde, and it added a cool burial-ground feel to the place. Inside, I added the necessary kitchen and nectary (in the basement), and added 4 spaces for bathrooms to deal with bladder control, as well as a small recreational area where sims can enjoy themselves as much as one can, being dead and all...

The main thing to be aware of is the fact that the lot only costs so much because I used TWO Fountain of Youth PC items from Hidden Springs, and they both cost 500,000 a pop (EA, I swear...). I couldn't find anything in-game that would make a good Word Wall, so I used FoYs.
