In Welsh first called Afal/Abal/Aball, meaning 'apple' or 'apple tree', Avalon is famous in Arthurian lore for two reasons: it is where the legendary sword Excalibur (then called Caledfwlch/Caliburn) was forged, and after the fateful Battle at Camlann, when King Arthur and his estranged son Mordred fought eachother, Avalon was where the mortally wounded King of Camlelot was taken...and disappeared. In Latin called Insula Avallonis, Avalon, or the Land of Apples, was an island that was separated from the mortal realm by a mysterious, mist-covered Lake or sea. It was the home of the nine sisters of Avalon, chief amongst them being the infamous Morgan le Fay, most times creditted with being Arthur's older half sister (and mother of his son Mordred). In a popular medieval French tale, the serpent-princess Melusine also lived there, and now...your sims can, too!
The castle has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an eat-in-kitchen, and several sizeable living areas, with a large outdoor pool and pond, and a mountaintop apple grove.

The Sunset Valley lot is located at 53 Waterfall Way, and originally is a large community lot pond. You must bulldoze the default lot and move mine there. When you play on the lot, while indoors you won't hear the crash of the waterfall, except when you pan the camera outdoors. The mists of the waterfall permeate throughout the lot, both indoors and out, which I thought was SO cool, considering what I was basing the lot on.... Also, I would STRONGLY recommend your using Luna's Palatine Arch here http://lunasimslulamai.jimdo.com/set-palaciego/set-palaciego-4ª-parte/ at the entrance. I did not include it in the file, so you don't NEED it, but I would suggest that you get it--you'll need it for the furnished version, anyway! lol Download all of EA's FREE sets and things at The Store if the frakking Launcher keeps telling you you're missing something.
