Residential 1 bedroom 1 bathroom lot with a spare. The landscape holds wondrous possibilities, with a large pond and pool, plus garage/pavilion, and is great even as a Community Lot! It took me absolutely forever to decide what this lot should be, and which of my sim households should live here. But I finally decided to make this the home of my Shakespeare-inspired fairies Titania and Oberon, from the famous Midsummer Night's Dream--hence, the name of the lot. I also didn't want to submit it until I had finished a very special lot Request I created for my friend here, so I deeply apologize to everyone who has been waiting almost a month for more creations by me! lol Enjoy!
