This Creation requires what's listed below in order to work properly.

Installation Instructions:

To Install my Brown and White modular stairs...

1. Place the .package file in your Downloads folder like normal.

2.Find where you originally installed the Sims 2 game (NOT the expansion packs) and look for the folder 'TSData/Res/Catalog/Scripts'. It's usually in this location

C:/Program Files/The Sims 2/TSData/Res/Catalog/Scripts

3. COPY the 'modularstairs' text file to somewhere safe incase you make any mistakes.

4. Open the file 'modularstairs.txt' and find an empty space at the bottom of the document. DO NOT edit anything that is alread on this page!

5. Go to the very bottom of the document and press the 'Enter' key twice so theres a blank line between the previous emtry and where the new one will be. Copy and Paste this text block into the EMPTY space at the BOTTOM of the document.

6. SAVE and close the document.

And thats it! Note that the stairs WILL NOT have the asterisk (*) on the icon, so they may be hard to see at first!
