Get your hubby a hobby! LOL!!! Mine is out for bridge, volleybal or sits on his owns square foot doing sudoku's.... I am in MY room often, doing what I do like best. As long as you don't have to entertain him... god...there is life after retirement... Maybe he wants to play sims too???? hahahaha

Hi Jeanie. Yes dogs and rain do go quite nicely together, I haven't had a dog since I was a teenager... Sounds like poor little Dotty is being overwhelmed by those troublesome kittens, but I'm sure that things will work out $\:\)$ I have been out for phsyio this morning, so now I am nicely in pain, so I opened the choccie biccies - never a good idea $\;\)$ Well the sun is starting to peep through the clouds now, although it is very chilly all the same, shame I was going to go and work on my front garden $\:\($ My boys say thank you very much for the catnip - they are chasing it all around the sitting room now $\:D$ Well, here are some of those yummy cookies I was nibbling on, they go very nicely with a good old cuppa tea. Hi Jeanie! I'm sorry it has taken so long to reply to you $\:\($ I'm a bit scatterbrained this week and somehow missed your comment! My sister-in-law is a week overdue with her baby and we're all a little edgy/frustrated, although none more so than her, of course! How I envy you moving into spring. We are now in autumn here and the last few days the temperature has dropped rapidly. I have had to use my quilt at night this week - I want my summer back $\:\($

Loved reading your entry in my guest book. You are so right about not living without pets when you have had them. I have to give kudos to my mother, who is in her 70s now, she has raised and bred 10 generations of horses, watched them born and was there at their last breath. I don't know how she does it. I lost three of my mares at various stages in my life, as a teenager where I had to bottle feed her foal, again as a young adult when that foal passed too early due to medical complications, and again a few summers ago when we lost a string of animals to hay that had a poisonous weed in it. I cannot do it anymore, yet she does it still, 16 hours a day 7 days a week. They are her children as much as my brother and I am.

Hi Jeanie. Today I was out for a long walk and I saw a lot of early butterflies. That sort that survive the winter, two diffrent species. It made me very happy to se them. Ha! ha! I can't play without downloads, so I have started download some nice things from here. But I don't gonna download from other places. Bte I have started a new simme, hm, what was the name... Molly Braveheart I think. I play her in the Sunset Valley for a while and she is gonna move to the Riverview to meet Tessa. I'm very happy I have the game now when I'm sick. I don't know what I had done this winter if I didn't had the Sims3. Have you read about the new Dreamwork, coming in june? I think the name is Dreamwork in English? It sounds very, very funny. I gonna buy it and I hope it don't have so many bugs $\:o$ Many hugs from Sonja! $\:wub\:$

Hi Jeanie - sounds like your kittens have got your husband well trained. That such a cute scene, I lol'ed when I read it $\:D$ The baby rice I'm talking about is for human babies, it's basically high nutrition pureed rice, Liz's kittens look so cute with it stuck all around their mouths $\:P$ Well, I hope that your terrier behaved on her walk, sounds like lots of fun to be had in your household at the moment with all the furry creatures running around. It is true what I said. Haagje is not letting new Sims out of her control. They have to do what Haagje wants them to do and that is study, study study and work, work, work. Haagje can be really mean...LOL... We have totally different playing styles. I just let them go and be surprized, whereas Haagje doesn't want to let go of Sims2 style and send them to the bathroom if their bladder is not even half full. $\:D$ $\:D$ Barb & I are working on chapter III now and it is going to be fun. If you have time have a Latte Macchiato (Thanks for this one! I love it!) and read the 41 pages. I think there might be 1 or even 2 more chapters to write it to an end we can all be happy with. There comes a time Fred& Barb stories will be with the elders Fred & Barb... Or we just don't age them anymore. My game is driving me crazy! It keeps crashing in a terrible way. I will reinstall again I guess and leave out HELS this time. I cannot install HELS without patching the patch I don't want..Have to take some more screenshots before reinstalling, because I know it will take me hours to do so... Ohhh...That coffee was delish! (now I am going to get myself a cup from the kitchenette here at work...LOL) Too bad..they don't have a Latte, but I got myself a Wiener Melange for a chane, looks like a cappucino, but I think it has some chocolate in it. If I had a dog I would take long walks with them (When the weather is good... poor dog). Now would be perfect. The sun is shining and the trees are in bloom. I sit here inside and have to work. Hiyas Jeanie, thank you so much for commentin, the encouragement is so appreciated. Sad to here your critters are not feeling well. I know how that can be, my parents raise, train and show Dressage Horses (mostly Arabian and Thoroughbred) and they have cats, dogs and other critters all over. Myself I have a few too and when one is sick I swear the whole stable knows it and comments! <hugs>

Jeanie - I am sorry to hear that the kittens are not feeding well. This may sound silly, but have you tried baby rice? My mum in law uses it with her kittens and they seem to lap it up... I know what you mean about having to wear thck jeans when kittens are around $\;\)$ how do such tiny claws hurt so much??? She has two cats due in the next couple of weeks, Gaby is SO big, she doesn't know waht to do with herself, and unfortunately Mia has had a bit of an upset tummy this last week, but all is looking well at the moment. I can't wait for the new litters, Liz must get fed up me popping in so often $\:cool\:$ Well, I am going to fire up my Sims now, haven't played with them for a couple of days, started a new legacy (normally can't get past the 2nd gen, but lets see what happens this time $\:D$ ) Take care, lots of hugs, Kate xxx

Hi Jeanie! Thanks for your sweet comments on my new pics. I think the mummies got angry when Tessa stole their tresures $\:D$ I have had problem with my game, I call it Bugs3 instead of Sims3 now $\:D$ Last week I reinstalled it 3 times, but now I think it runs ok. I have put Tessa and her friens Felicia in the game but the PG girls is still on my computer desk. I wait a while beforwe I put them in my game again. I have not a download at all now, but I gonna download some stuff from here. I didn't reinstall thar ep, Highloft or what the english name is. The patches that come with that was very bad. I haven't felt so very well this time after the cemo, but it gets better every day now. The weather is beautiful now with a lot of sun and early spring flowers, bumblebees and 2 or 3 butterflies. send my Vintage Girl to Eypt. She has a lot of skills maxed out now. (not MA and athletics though) Haagje has been giving her the Spartan Training school of skill learning...LOL...
