Casa de la Cascada - *House of the Waterfall*... Don't let the crumbling stucco exterior fool you... inside this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home awaits all the modern conveniences and updated decor. The master bedroom is ensuite, with a sunken bathing area. Fully decorated in soothing earthy colors of browns, sky blue, pale yellow, and peach, this lot has it all!! Including a waterfall. Stairs lead up to the top pond which cascades gently over the edge into the lower pond. Sit on the bench near the waters edge at the upper pond, and contemplate the universe, or descend the stairs, walk past the waterfall, and fish in the lower pond.

The veranda, which fully surrounds the home is protected from the bright afternoon sun by the flowering vines clinging to the lattice overhangs. Bouganvailla climbs up the side of the crumbing stucco and scents the evening air. I hope you enjoy this lot.
